- Admission Requirements
Grade 1: Any child born on or before 31 December 2017 and fulfills the definition of “Hong Kong Children” is eligible to apply to study in G1 (Hong Kong Curriculum). For details, please refer to the “Definition of Hong Kong Children”.
Grade 2 to Grade 10: Any student that fulfills the definition of “Hong Kong Children” is eligible to apply to study in G2 to G10 (Hong Kong Curriculum). For details, please refer to the “Definition of Hong Kong Children”.
- Application Procedures
- Applicants who are interested in enrolling are required to apply online by completing the application form on our website.
- The application period will commence on 30 October 2023 and conclude on 15 November 2023.
- Due to the limited vacancies available, only shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the assessment on 2 December 2023. You can check the status of your child's application on our online system after 6:00 p.m. on 24 November 2023.
- Results will be announced on 5 January 2024. The registration process for admitted students will be available on 13 January 2024. The school will officially commence on 24 January 2024.
- Applicants can only apply once during the application period. Applicants who are not invited to attend the assessment may assume that their applications are unsuccessful. The application forms will be destroyed.

- Admission Criteria:
Grade 1-10: Academic Performance: 30%; Interview Performance: 40%; Conduct: 20%; Extra-curricular Activities / Service: 10%
- The tuition fees for 2023-2024(two terms for each academic year):
Primary: RMB 55,500 / term
Junior Secondary: RMB 57,000 / term
Senior Secondary: RMB 61,000 / term
- In principle, compulsory residential programme is offered to all junior and senior secondary students,2023-2024 boarding fee:
RMB 6700 / term
- G10 elective subjects:
G10 students of The Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSE) are required to choose three or two elective subjects, one from each group (B1, B2, B3). Due to the limitations of the placement, the currently available elective subjects are:
Group B1: Economics (C), Physics (E), Chemistry (E), Biology (E), Mathematics Module 1 (E), Mathematics Module 2 (E), Library Self-study Lesson
Group B2: Business Accounting and Financial Study (E), Biology (E), Visual Arts ((C), additional assessment required), Enrichment (E)
Group B3: Geography (C), Chinese History (C), Enrichment (E)
School will assign students to their chosen subjects based on their assessment results and inform them of their allocation before registration. As the number of available places is limited, students who are not assigned their preferred subject will need to make a new selection.
- Remarks:
- This is a solemn declaration: Shenzhen Hong Kong Pui Kiu College Longhua Xinyi School did not entrust any individuals and organisations with student recruitment or promotion.
- All personal data provided in the application form will be handled by the relevant staff of our school. The data will be kept confidential.
- The personal data provided by unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed afterwards.

H1) HKID Card (Permanent) H2) Documents issued by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR showing right to land / right of abode in Hong Kong H3) One-way Permit for entry to Hong Kong H4) Full-time employment visa / work permit H5) Dependant visa / entry permit (for students who were below 18 years old) *Students holding dependant visa / entry permit who were below 18 years old when they were issued with such visa / entry permit by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR.
